As threatened / promised, I'll be posting pages from 'The Little Book of Panic' for the next ... four weeks? Something like that; it's only 16 pages long.

It was created as a way of exploring my problems with anxiety and negative self-talk, and as an excuse to make quick, scratchy art rather than spending hours on pieces. It was also the first thing I made in ages that felt new, rather than art practice based off an existing reference. I've been known to call it my 'Ugly Art Baby' ... I'm not sure how many other people will actually like it, but - possibly surprisingly - I really enjoyed the process of making it.
